Families often come to use with either serious financial and/or human resource issues.  We have the mediation/problem solving skill set to quickly turn resolve these crisis through communication.  We then help our farm clients resolve the core issues by helping the farm management team: 


  1. Develop a strategic plan that determines the farm's strategic direction and how it is going to get there.
  2. Facilitate a management review meeting, whereby bi-monthly goals are set, past month’s expectations are reviewed, and opportunities for improvement are identified. 
  3. Sustainably transfer decision making processes between generations through a systematic talent grooming process.
  4. Evolves the farm’s management and human resource systems.  We are Agriculture’s leading experts in applying quality management tools designed on the principles of Six Sigma, LEAN and ISO 9001.  We customize these tools based on the farm’s unique needs and culture. 
  5. Solve key strategic problems by matching the farm with international industry experts in the farm’s areas of weakness.  Through our office's unique teleconferencing environment, the expert is able to directly interact with the farm client as if the expert is there in the room.

Our core business involves achieving the above results by meeting with farm families once every two months for our “power hour sessions”.  These two hour business meetings enable high octane farm families to see both “the forest & the trees” and make positive improvements at all levels of the farm organization.  As a  result of these meetings, both the farm’s business culture and the farm’s bottom line improves dramatically!
